I understood that the intelligence of my teams would be the key when I made my system industrial and my machines as smart as possible: it is the central issue at stake in the Industry of the Future.

Labelled Project

3 dimensions are striking at Cauquil:

• The industrial organisation, which enables an immediate leap forward and remarkable flexibility
• The degree of automation and digitalisation, which has multiplied the effects of the organisation’s excellence
• The extreme simplicity of the human execution tasks, contrasting with the richness of the organisation, in which the leader squares off with the operator of the future, or how teams need to pilot a complex system

This project has been labelled in 2019.

Achievements

A company that has managed to improve its quality of service thanks to a machining workshop seen as the benchmark when it comes to the organisation of small series, and a human dimension that has grown with the industrial mentality “of the future”.
