Thanks to the introduction of new technologies, it is now operations that adapt to the people, and not the other way around.
The Nantes site, the only French industrial site of Vaillant Group, is both a production site and an R&D centre.
Established in the city for more than 50 years, its 570 employees design and manufacture an average of 1,600 products per day, mainly condensing gas wall boilers, but also other innovative products that draw on renewable energies (aerothermal heat pumps, thermal solar panels).
These high energy performance products are marketed in particular under the Saunier Duval brand.
The site is the largest manufacturer of aerothermal heat pumps in France.
In the heart of the city of Nantes, the French site of Saunier Duval has demonstrated its industrial competitiveness with regard to production sites outside Western Europe.
This was achieved by digitising production data and their use in real time in order to guarantee an increased level of product quality as well as optimised value-added tasks.
This project has been labelled in 2017.
