AMI

Context

AMI is an EPT with 40 people working in sheet metal and powder coating, located in Brittany, in the Bassin de Vitré region, which boasts one of the lowest levels of unemployment in the nation, at 4%.
Its know-how addresses many industrial customers (around 250) in various sectors, to which it offers services “tailor-made” to respond to their needs.

Labelled Project

AMI has a digital organisation based on internally developed and personalised tools.
However, what makes it unique is its vision and management of the company, which is focused on its people, their desires, needs, skills, intelligence and capabilities.
AMI has honed this approach by sharing a vision, values and meaning. As a result, it is now able to build a new plant incorporating its concepts for the industry of the future.

This project has been labelled in 2019.

Achievements

A company built and led around its people and their needs through its employees, customers, suppliers and ecosystem. A long-term and human vision. Trust and the intelligence of all, as its postulate.
