Context
Groupe Rochette Industrie (4 industrial sites, 170 people, 45 years old) is a major player in mechanical subcontracting for the oil, aerospace and glass industries. After experiencing very significant fluctuations in its revenue, it was prompted to reinvent itself over the years.
Labelled Project
As our Chief Executive Officer specifies, this is humanised digitisation. We have established a virtuous circle in which digitisation tools (cybersecurity, dematerialisation, automation, etc.) and human management (participatory management, skills development, training, etc.) are self-sustaining, to create performance on an ongoing basis.
This project has been labelled in 2020.
Achievements
The innovation and complexity of this project does not lie in the tools used, but in the ingenious way in which they are interconnected.
